The recent merger of LandlordIT Inc. and Halifax Wireless Inc. and the acquisition of the former “Airfire Telecom”, has resulted in the new Airfire, a facilities-based metropolitan  ISP with an integrated “hybrid fibre-wireless” network that delivers the most advanced Internet Protocol solutions at up to gigabit speeds. The use of two types of connectivity, fibre and wireless, offers diversity and redundancy options that were previously unavailable in Metro Halifax.
